Youth Empowerment Workshop

September 21st, 2024, Aliso Viejo, California KARMANT Learning recently hosted an inspiring Youth Empowerment Workshop for high school and middle school students at Aliso Niguel High School, California. The event was aimed at equipping students with the knowledge and skills to enhance their personal and academic lives, emphasizing the five pillars of health: emotional, mental, physical, intellectual, and social health. Workshop Highlights:

  • Emotional Health: Strategies for achieving happiness

  • Mental Health: Techniques for managing stress effectively

  • Physical Health: The role of meditation in maintaining physical well-being

  • Intellectual Health: Developing effective study habits

  • Social Health: Understanding and practicing empathy


Keynote Speakers:

  • Dr. Goran Matijasevic: Executive Director of the Chief Executive Roundtable at UCI, who spoke about research opportunities for undergraduate students.

  • Ritwik Kumar: UCI student, shared insights on student empowerment and wellness.
