CURRICULUM

WHY DO SCHOOLS NEED A HEALTH GUIDE CURRICULUM?

According to a World Health Organization survey, about one-third of students experience mental health disorders before they even arrive as freshmen in college.

​

An ActiveMinds student survey found that only 3% of high school students had felt no stress during the pandemic and 74% of students are challenged to keep a routine during covid-19.

​

​The American Psychological Association (APA) reports 81% of Gen Z teens (ages 13–17) have experienced more intense stress during the COVID-19 pandemic.

​

​Many studies done found that living a well-balanced life helps reduce mental health degradation.

​

​Students had been suffering even before the pandemic, and covid-19 has exacerbated mental health disorders. Students have no guidance on how they can overcome their stresses and mental health disorders, and KARMANT Learning is looking to guide them through KARMANT Classroom.

WHAT IS KARMANT CLASSROOM?

KARMANT Classroom is Health Guide Curriculum developed and designed by youth for youth to help them excel in various areas of life.  In the curriculum, there is lots of information that is based on scientific research and is outlined in a way that's clear and easy to understand for young people. It is related to the particular area or areas of physical, mental, emotional, social, or intellectual health

The 5 health GOALS offered AS A pilot/TRIAL

We are excited to announce that we are piloting the health guide curriculum. The duration of the pilot is 1 month. As a bonus, you can earn up to 25 volunteering hours while you learn fun and easy ways to improve yourself in areas important for your lifelong health and success. 

​

During this pilot, we will share with you lots of information related to the particular area or areas of physical, mental, emotional, social, or intellectual health that you are interested in.
