The Country, State, and Local Chapters Committee is charged with promoting the KARMANT Learning initiative of providing free learning opportunities and wellness support to youth and advancing the work of the chapters. They are responsible for reviewing the applications, assisting chapters in the formation process and ongoing monitoring of chapter activities.
